Very frustrating for you JK and, it feels, a bit unfair for those trying to get on the first rung. My friend put her bungalow up for sale a month ago and accepted an offer last week. Things seem to be slowly picking up. We moved 5 weeks ago, at last. Now we are here and settling in, I can say it was worth the wait to get the property we wanted in the location we like.
