Training plan fail today. By the time the frost had melted, I'd got caught up with other things and so the day went on. So far, I've run 0 miles.

I'm cycling tomorrow so I really need to go on Sunday. I might find a NYD parkrun to visit as motivation

Another short run here. I've got a week of stinking split shifts coming up (6am - 12 and then 6pm - 9pm) so I'll have to see what I can fit in!

Chunk of running before you go home after your early shift, Pestomum? (I can no longer accommodate a 12-hour working day plus running, but you're a youngster.)

Stinky shifts indeed Pesto.
Do what you can. And enjoy.

Good thread GM
nasty shifts Pesto - think GF's idea is a good one - if you can get some rest as well.
after a false start I managed 3 miles on Thurs and 3.5 today 4:1 run walk, 10 miles at a sub 2hr pace, let alone sub 1.50, feels a long way off right now

I cycled today so no running yet. It's not been a very effective training plan for a running race as yet Those are inconvenient shifts, Pesto, but V'rap's idea is a good One. I should do 4 miles tomorrow.
