Hello everyone!
I feel as though I'm already ill-prepared for this because I barely ran in December, but 10 weeks will be enough, won't it?
So (SS) I'll run twice a week outside, once on the treadmill and walk on the other 4 days.
Hope to start on Monday morning
I am SO looking forward to this :) :)

Nothing now until a PT session and a swim on Wednesday

I have just put together a training plan too - haven't had one of those for a while!
It's a very simple one and not very challenging but that's probably just what I need to start the year off. Monday is Day 1.

I trust that it is a rest day, SW, in the style of all good training plans :)

:-) My run from work plans are potentially scuppered by working 500 yards from home, but yes. I'm going to have to do it straight away before I sit down!

Training plans are a Good Thing, Mostly SW. Enjoy :-) Mine (even at its most fearsome) is only 3 runs a week.

Monday is not a rest day because it's a day off work so an extra opportunity to run outside :)
Mine is only 3 runs/week too, PM and I suspect that there will be weeks when I'll only manage 2 but will make sure the long run is one of those.

Must not forget to book a table for lunch at the Dun Cow on 19th March.

Hello, all.

Thanks for setting up this thread, GM. I am so looking forward to this race. My training will be delayed a bit because today I'll be travelling back from Lanzarote. Tomorrow I will be preparing to go back to work. No inset so kids in first day back. :-o

First training run will be Tuesday. :)

Like all my life's few achievements I'm going to blag it.

I do intend to run this afternoon though.
