Lyrics: No. Super photo, @PeterFay and @ElspethF What: Also ran a parkrun on a land mass other than the one I live on. Why: Opportunity. Last hard: Today. Total distance 8.3 miles including running there and back, and put enough effort into the parkrun bit to burn off any sludge in my boiler.
