Kittenheels Kath
Hello!

First run in 6 months this morning, and true to form I started out too quickly.

What: 3.5 miles in 33 mins
Lyrics: re-writing Sound of Silence (Hello running my old friend...)
Why: Running might be good for me

Evening

Welcome back to running Kittenheels Kath! Decent run for a first one back.

Good progress Ale.

Enjoy Norfolk DT

No parkrunning for me either. I ticked off the northernmost Munroe many years ago though (one of the few I have done - I'm not a bagger as not often enough near them).

What: comfy 5k, a few drills, a few strides and back to the start of my run - 5 and a bit miles Why: haven't done any drills in a while and was curious how they would feel, do make an otherwise mundane sort of run more interesting
Last rest: yesterday

Lyrics: no again

About This Thread

Maintained by alehouse
Each day someone sets some song lyrics, often on a particular theme, eg colours, numbers, running, etc. Others then say whether they know the song or not, but DO NOT say what the song is: the answer is revealed the next day.

Current theme: COLOURS

Contributors then say
What their training will be
Why they are doing it

Some also say
Last hard
Last rest

Plus of course general comments about the weather, other people’s training or races…illness or injuries!

Feel free to join us and why not set some lyrics once you get the hang of the thread?
