Devastated to hear you’ve gone Swittle, never failed to comment on a photo, pass on some encouragement and I always pictured you with a smile. We never met but I felt like I knew you.

Hann, mundane thread and Fetch thank you for reaching out to authorities to check on him when you noticed he was quiet. This community is the best. I’m just devastated it was such tragic news.

Run wild and free Switts.

Fuck, that's a shock! I never met him but like many of you am so sad. Such a caring man who loved education :( I'll miss his blogs and mundane thread posts about his headtorch beach runs. He was one of those people who would always drop an fmail too. A real loss :(

That is terrible news. RIP swittle. I didn't meet him but I did meet his beloved Iron Men. Loved his photos.

Oh my goodness, what a shock.

A lovely chap, often conversed on threads and blogs.

He will certainly be missed.

Holy crap...I never had the chance to meet him but he frequently commented on my blogs in the past. He also provided tons of encouragement on the Streaky Bacon thread to us nutty streakers. ;) RIP swittle, we'll miss you.

Our paths often crossed - in life and in running - but never met him in person. Despite that, I felt he was a friend and would always have a word of encouragement. Will be missed

About This Thread

Maintained by Lip Gloss
Never met him in person but always came across as a lovely man.

If you read about his nightly beach runs you could almost have been running along beside him.

He always encouraged others especially on the How was your run thread.

Hope all your beach run are still as perfect as they were while you were here xx
