I won't be surprised if it simultaneously recognises that it's race day and tells me to do 48 minutes at 10.15mm.

Still Recovery, but Garmin has the answer.

HRV just slightly down. I reckon it's revving up to give me a couple of really low numbers and have me Strained on the start line.

I think it’s my unbalanced HRV that’s the issue
It was low but is now just unbalanced

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
