Nice one Benny Tempo and congratulations DoricQuine

Sandhurst was back to regular 100ish numbers this week after last week's storm affected 270 - we were the only parkrun on when lots nearby were affected by fallen trees. I hear parkrunners helped volunteer with the clean up in their parks locally and the events were all back on. :-) My run was a real struggle due to my current poor fitness, but at least my Achilles was less painful and the sun was shining, so they're were at least 2 good things to go with the cafe breakfast ☺️

Start has reverted back at Exmouth so its back to being exactly 5km according to my garmin....

I had a problem with my ankle at the start, had to stop for a bit but soon got going and hopefully will get back to being a bit quicker especially when it stops being so blimmin windy
