Maccatheknacca Jul 2018 10:21am, 5 Jul 2018 92 posts	0 Maccatheknacca Here’s a ~~strava~~ trace from my last game. It was a vets tournament so only 20mins per game but full size pitch & 11-a-side. I was moving for about 16mins of those (centre mid). Total distance was 1.28m and pace 12.11 min/mile. I can only assume the two heart rate spikes were when I scored 😜 It does look like primary school football though.

This was bad as I was able to put in serious running without realising I was using muscles that hadn't been trained in that way. I really suffered for days afterwards
