I have managed daily yoga for the last 5 days. I am trying to build it in and hoping that if I get in the habit it will get easier. I have done (almost) daily throughout Jan the last 3 years, thought 'I should keep this up I really benefit from it', and then stalled by long before the summer. Maybe 2019 will be the year :)

If you don't try you won't succeed. 😄
I'm currently managing either yoga or pilates "most" days., So at least 4 days a week of a minimum of twenty mins. I feel this is achievable

Little and often is a good start...

I had to stop doing anything with downward facing dogs after my last teacher training weekend as my shoulder was revolting on me...I'd slept on it funny, it was sore then I taught a few colleagues during that week then went on the yoga weekend and that was enough to send my shoulder over the edge.

On the plus side, yesterday was my first niggle free day, so I'm just easing the shoulder back into downward dogs again...as next weekend is yoga teacher training again. Now to nurse it carefully so it doesn't revolt on me again! Between that and my angry glute muscle, I'll have to take it easy.

Not done it yet as it looks like quite a long one. Might be more tempted to give it a go before bed.

50 minutes?! Erm, no. My limit for a video is about 20...

I might just wait and see how long it is tomorrow. Can handle around 30 minutes but thought this was a little long.

There’s something about doing a video at home that makes me impatient for some reason. An hour’s class whizzes by but I’m not sure how I’d cope with a long video.

Yeah especially with yoga, although I must confess in a class I do sometimes clock watch as I want my relaxation! :)

There is a calendar on this link showing the lengths of the videos. (Scroll down a bit)
40 mins tomorrow then about half an hour the rest of the week.
