Having not done yoga for over a week I finally got on it this afternoon. Stonking migraine this morning and I was beginning to feel better anyway but the neck and shoulder yoga has helped a lot.

Yoga happened to me today...1/2 hour meditation, 30 minute warm up, then most of us did practice teaching this morning. 1 hour yin/restorative yoga after lunch, then discussed a lot bits and pieces.

Heart and hip opener. It is always what I need. An antidote to being hunched over the computer.

Yep, you'll definitely need that DocM! My hip flexors haven't recovered from yesterday's session... Yoga rest day for me today. I'm teaching some tomorrow, I think...

Got a bit of a twinge in my lower back today so just did 20mins of a gentle stretching routine to see if it helps

Oddly enough, when I get twinges in my lower back, I like doing cobra for it...just to iron it out, but that's generally what my back needs. Your needs may be different from mine however. Sometimes cat and cows are nicely lubricating for twinges.

Fallen off the yoga wagon. Between life and illness it just hasn't been happening. I know it really helps me but still not motivated. I think dark, cold mornings are a big barrier - so I need to plan for doing it in the evening instead.
