No yoga yesterday but I’ll do some soon. I did 2 this week on consecutive days that made my ‘core’ hurt. I might have to go easy on myself tonight.

I just did Adirenne's "Up your connect", I found it quite calming and it hasn't made my headache any worse at least! I'm aiming for roughly every other day of yoga at the moment.

I felt guilty last night so ended up doing Sun Salutations before bedtime...which unfortunately woke me up! 5 x A and 5 x B. Later today, I'll put hubby through my sequence (yet again)...I may do it with him too.

Nice going. Yesterday I ended up doing it with hubby while talking him through it. I'll do some sun salutations before bed again...I may live to regret it as they tend to wake me up!
