Only 8 miles for me this week. My right leg has been niggling louder & louder for a couple of weeks (physio says it's my tibialis anterior tendon that's inflammed) and he & I finally came to the conclusion on Wednesday that a few days rest may be the way to go. It's driving me nuts but, scarily, it doesn't seem to be improving at all without running, only getting worse.:-( Fingers crossed I'll be ok to do the Great Edinburgh Run next weekend.

Hope it improves soon dd.
I can hear the birds singing, and the sun is shining, so it's a great day to get out there. OH has a nasty lurgy so have had to do a bit of ministering.

Lovely weather here too, 4 miles across the fields, raced a few sheep! Have just finished mowing the lawns for the first time this year; I might even go and sit out in the garden it's that nice.

Another 6 for me, only need 2 next week to get 400 before end of April:-)
felt effortless and enjoyed it, even though it was quite slow.
Hopefully a few more tempo sessions and next weeks rae should see the easy pace get a bit quicker.
