SC - good luck, hope the knee feels better on your run today.
Just back from 9.2 very soggy miles around country lanes, which puts me at 100 miles for this month! Yay!

Hello everyone! hope you're having good weekends.
So much for torrential rain here today - needn't have gone out and done the LSR yesterday (I nearly cooked in the process!) Managed to run to gym and back today and did circuits in between. Ouch - everything hurts now
100 miles for the month done and dusted:-)
And - we bought a Wiifit yesterday! Is great fun, and although I didn't feel as if I was working, I did feel a bit creaky this morning after 45 mins on it yesterday! The cheeky object told me I was fat too:-(

22miles in the rain derooster I am impressed. Well done
Treakle I was looking at the Wifit, it looks like fun

I'm impressed as well at the 22 miles in the rain derooster! Sounding good for the mara:-)
Just been looking at my training log - I've equalled my highest mileage month ever already this month - and there are still 3 days to go! Can I get to 120 miles by end of Wednesday? Am going to give it a go

Been out on two wheels today rather than two legs. Still recovering from that bloomin marathon malarkey. Managed about 13 miles plus 6K leading a local fun run (5K race plus 1K for the kids).
hope to get back to some proper running this week.
Derooster-Impressed by commitment to 22 miles in the rain, you should have come to Scotland to run, it's a glorious day up here! Good running treacle, I've only topped 100 once this year but was close in Feb with 99. Wii Fit sounds like fun

managed 14 miles yesterday - not quite the 16 or 17 i'd hoped for ... still recovering from flm and legs decided they'd had enough.
today - went for a lovely walk with the dog and family instead of a nice RR

14 miles post FLM IC? Goodness me - took me about 3 months last year to even get back into double figures!!! Are you training for another mara - or just much more committed than me;-)
