Hi all! Been a lot of posts and I haven't got time to read back.......
No running for me this week:-( I've been resting my knee as much as I can before Lochaber on Sunday........
So I am fully expecting to be in the bottom group!!!!!!!!

there is no shame in being in the last group. It is reserved for those of us who prefer to take the long view. The end of the year is a long way away still (or at least I hope so as I haven't started my christmas shopping yet)

Still haven't been out since Monday. Will try & fit in a couple of miles after work, then I am meeting a friend for a plod tomorrow. Won't go far or fast, but will enjoy the scenery.

Went out this morning for a slow, easy run. Found it hard to run at that speed but didn't want to injure myself before race on Sunday so had my sensible hat on. Lovely day too!! Have a great weekend all!
