Best of luck to HoD and Jon T at Brighton on Sunday :-) :-) :-)

I did 10 miles at PMP last night, all within +/-3secs of 8mm and it worked out as an average of 8mm so I'm very happy and am looking forward to VLM :-)

Good luck all those running tomorrow (and next weekend). I have just got back from a new 5km pb at Dulwich parkrun. 20m.35s. Two weeks to go for me. The excitement builds!

Hello :-) kept my head down as I've jinxed myself once too often, however Brighton was kind to me and bestowed 3:28:40. I can happily retire from marathons now.

How did the others get on?
