Really sorry HoD - i misinterpreted an earlier post and thought you sub 330d. gutted for you, but it's probably just a bad day.

Good to catch up with all the progress here. Looking positive for a lot of people on Sunday.

As suspected, I think 3:30 at VLM is out for me after the triple over the bank hols weekend. I've only managed one run faster than 10mm since, and that was 3M at 9:30s a week ago!

I think I'll resort to the old plan of using VLM as a training run for Windermere :-)

Bad news, BVR = DNS for VLM. senior registrar at hospital strongly advised me not to run in what I thought would be a routine pneumonia follow up. Mystery illness in lungs. Not pneumonia though somit could be worse. Gutted. Like a battery fed pig.

If anyone wants my hotel room in London, please fmail me.

BVR - I'm gutted for you. I know you've been up and down a bit recently with whether you thought 3:30 was realistic. At least if the problem is diagnosis, hopefully you'll be able to get the treatmet you need and then be able to re-focus on your target some time soon in the future. Take care of yourself first, running will be there when your well again.
