Hope everyone as come through Christmas and new year with no injuries or too much extra timber.

Hopefully the spring marathoners have made a good start to their campaigns. Look forward to having a big dollop of FOMO reading about your progress.

Following a HADD type approach for the foreseeable future as injury improves. Today was a subLT run (normally 60-70 mins at subLT but today I decided to just 10 mins as a test). For the subLT section I ran to HR 160-170 a little lower than marathon HR.
That section was about 30 seconds slower than the MP I was running before injury (about were I wanted it to be for SubLT)
