Wonderful news Lou, Stoo.
Sounds like SPR needs to run a marathon to me 😜.

Congratulations Lou & Stoosh, that's fantastic news.
That sounds like a good plan Baz, target a negative split, sub 3:15 to put there ==>

I thought I saw something on FB Lou - many congrats to you both. Is Emily getting a brother or sister do we know? Is he/she a "lockdown baby"?! *baby* G

Lovely news Lou and stoosh
Bit strange not having a marathon to aim for in November and so far only a 10k to look forward to in October. Been playing with when I run around my work shifts and also when i work around my wife’s work (been a agency nurse I have more flexibility). My plan at the moment is working mom, tue, wed and Saturday nights having tue wed as non running days in between nights. Tried some double runs on my days off and that appears to work well. I have during the last few months been running home after nights on Sunday morning doing up to 16 miles
