Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I would like to claim it was the speed of my 5x1k reps that caused it :-(

Wow puzzler, I hadnt noticed details of your sub LT runs and at first look they are tasty. Then when you realise the first mile was a WU I thought wow. You are in great shape :-) I need to establish your real name and find you on strava !

On a more serious note, that fire from yesterday, was apparently maliciously started and a guy who was nearby pulled a disabled homeless person out and saved his life.

I suspected that Baz. Lots of gadgies out and about at the moment. Friend of mine went out to collect rubbish from army heathland they had seen on an earlier run. Whilst collecting they came across portable BBQs left abandoned. The mind boggles as to how many brain cells these plebs have.

Thanks, Baz, I follow you on strava so shouldn’t be too hard to work out.

I’ve been laid low with (non-Covid) lurgey for the past couple of days but on the mend now so will get back out there in a day or two.

Has anyone here partaken in these steps challenges ?

I have always resisted, but was persuaded to join a a team this year. I have been running c75 mpw since it started and quite frankly am nowhere.

How on earth are people racking up more steps than I am !!!!
