Given my injury plagued summer i was happy just to finish! ptb- any sign of a return to any form of running from yourself??

Bazoaxe Nov 2019 11:13am, 2 Nov 2019 15,553 posts	0 Bazoaxe I didnt trouble the parkrun competition times today at the inaugural Oriam Parkrun. Its pretty much off road cross country type run. 21:30, but a pretty decent workout. Beaten in the sprint finish by a guy who did 3:15 at Chester. I was a bit envious of what looked like a more than decent finishers long sleeved tshirt.
