Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

All the best Chris and Rog - have a cracking run!

I've missed all the rain this week as i'm in recovery from last weekend's ultra. Given my injury plagued summer i was happy just to finish!

ptb- any sign of a return to any form of running from yourself??

Thanks all. Weather is looking good for Sunday 7-11 degrees, sunny and just a light wind.

All the best Chris.

Weather forecast looking more suspect here now, was ok but the rain across the night is now continuing into the morning between 10-12, winds light tho.

Good luck Rog.

Light winds in Cornwall has to be a bonus. It's usually blowing a hoodie of some sort!

I didnt trouble the parkrun competition times today at the inaugural Oriam Parkrun. Its pretty much off road cross country type run. 21:30, but a pretty decent workout. Beaten in the sprint finish by a guy who did 3:15 at Chester. I was a bit envious of what looked like a more than decent finishers long sleeved tshirt.
