Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Lazy post, copied from another thread:

3:28 and a bit for me in New York.
Knew early on that I wasn't 100 percent but thought I'd still aim for sub 1:30 half and adjust from there. Didn't adjust soon enough to slow it down from that point and the wheels came off. Walk jogged most of the way from about 17 i think. Meant I got to take in more of the sights and atmosphere. Not bothered by the time - I knew it was a gamble and had an amazing day regardless. I may blog in a few days, but for now enjoying a few more days in the Big Apple.

Well done Chris - sounds tough!

Good to hear you taking positives from the Cornish Chris, and even a strange sense of masochistic enjoyment :-) . Not always easy to do, even if things are out of your control such as they were.

Rog - Sorry to hear about the touch day in NYC. But it's been a breakthrough year regardless of yesterday. Enjoy the rest of the time there.
