Lazy post, copied from another thread:
3:28 and a bit for me in New York. Knew early on that I wasn't 100 percent but thought I'd still aim for sub 1:30 half and adjust from there. Didn't adjust soon enough to slow it down from that point and the wheels came off. Walk jogged most of the way from about 17 i think. Meant I got to take in more of the sights and atmosphere. Not bothered by the time - I knew it was a gamble and had an amazing day regardless. I may blog in a few days, but for now enjoying a few more days in the Big Apple.
Well done Chris - sounds tough!

Good to hear you taking positives from the Cornish Chris, and even a strange sense of masochistic enjoyment . Not always easy to do, even if things are out of your control such as they were.
Rog - Sorry to hear about the touch day in NYC. But it's been a breakthrough year regardless of yesterday. Enjoy the rest of the time there.
