Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I like a couple of miles the day before.
Though my pb is off 13/14M the day before and a 2M warm up :-)

Better beer at the Red lion, but if it's raining Chandos would be preferred.

Thanks Gobi - Taper madness running quite low here. Weather forecast is looking very reasonable for once (both temp and rain wise at 15C overcast/no rain at Stratford).

I did the same 3 mile route in 21C and then 17C heat over the weekend and I did it faster in 10C heat (12 seconds) and at 5bpm lower, which shows how much temperature can play a part. Have my super conservative race plan and will stick to it.

How's everyone else doing? Bazo fallen over yet?
