Fantastic Linds. Is that a Y12 difference? Some kids get on much better with the feel of 6th form

Triplet Dad I missed your post above. I think you’re another one where I remember your kids being small but they are suddenly full grown people. Exciting times but what an adjustment for you both.

Partly, Meg, though she really struggled at the beginning with the workload.

HP, I think it's a combination of things. Going down to three subjects, generally being a lot happier in herself, not hanging out so much with the boyfriend, sleeping more regularly, I'm a lot weller mentally so home is calmer and more positive/supportive.

Self harm and an uncommunicative pre teen (who also has been diagnosed with asd)
Tried to talk to him after school phoned about cuts on his hand today

He’s just got that ‘attitude’ voice now no matter what you try to talk about!

He’s got no friends after his transition to high school just a new gf

I don’t know if anyone can relate! I just feel like I need to get it out!

A&E visit for D1 today. She had a seizure at school this morning but hit her head quite hard when she landed. Was a bit dizzy and nauseous (but no confusion or other worrying signs) all afternoon so we phoned 111 who said better to get checked at A&E.

4 hours in total with blood tests, X-ray and ECG on top of telling the same story half a dozen times. But all fine and she was much perkier by the time we left. I think the anti-nausea pill they gave her was key. She’s got a bit of a phobia about being sick so that adds to any anxiety she’s got.

Will keep her home tomorrow just to keep an eye on her.
