I texted him at 12 to tell him to make sure he turned down the music (that was our agreement), and he said they'd already done that. We got home around 1am and all was quiet and the 3 boys who were staying, plus ds, were on their way to bed. This morning all four boys spent around an hour collecting all the bottles (there were a lot) and other rubbish and generally tidying up, before the 3 friends left. ds then spent a couple of hours cleaning (although I had to re-do the floors after he finished). Neighbours on the road WhatsApp group (who I had warned) said they hardly heard anything, and one neighbour complained that the youth of today don't know how to party all night "like we used to"
