There are times when it's fine but it's always just below the surface. We just had a nice time over dinner with quite a lot of laughs but she hardly ate then lost her temper over clearing up.

Full blood tests done. Only thing it turned up was vit D deficiency and she's got supplements.
If I just pulled her out she'd be at home all day fighting with OH or sleeping and eating crap.
I don't know whether school is the whole problem or just part of it. She was better in the holidays in some ways but awful when there was no football to distract her.
I could try to refer to CAMHS but perhaps she wouldn't engage. She won't talk to me. Or anyone it seems.

Oh Linds that sounds so stressful. I wish I could give you some good advice, but I can't - except that you and your family's health and well being is more important than unhelpful schools and hypocritical teachers. So you must put your family first. Sending hugs.

This is so tough Linds (()) I am not sure from what you have said if littleD sees this as any more than grumbles and niggles and everyone being unfairly on her case but it wouldn’t make me feel particularly keen to get out of bed xx

SweetPea wouldn't talk to me, but talked to her CAMHS counsellor. You don't lose anything by trying.
She's clearly a bright, beautiful person who just isn't in the right place. Tell her that from us.
And what Dipps said.

Linds, as has already been said i dont think you’ve got anything to lose by trying cahms and a counsellor.
Somebody recommended a private counsellor to us and that has worked, in that they talk and she wants to see her.

Thanks all. Off to school at 7.45. Worrying a bit about getting angry or crying.

Don't worry about that. I hope so much that they can see the effect their policies are having on LittleD's family as well as her and can come up with a non-punitive way forward.
