Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Well done fetchie teens :)
@Joopsy I get all 3 of those, I was sooo jealous when ds1 decided to head off to Japan, such an amazing adventure for him!
I'll be happy to have my kids back home any time, we all get on so well now that we've navigated the peaks and troughs of those mid-teen years. As TeeBee says, it's more like sharing a house with a friend. Albeit one with questionable hygiene habits lol. But that's ok too, teaches you tolerance :)

It's so bittersweet isn't it. We've just got back from a family holiday with all six of us, had the best time ever and reminded me how much these six people are my favourites in the world to be around. Then at the end we lose one back to his PhD hometown and yesterday help another confirm he'll be leaving the nest in mid September.

I just wish their childhoods could last forever some times!!

I will definitely miss her (provided she gets an accommodation place...) but it will be v.g. for my mental health to not have her in my space all the time.
