DaughterDragon has got into her first choice 😊 (was able to check that on UCAS at home). Has now gone to school to get actual results with friends. I feel a little superfluous at home |

Surprise and relief here. J got a distinction in his sport coaching BTEC, which he already sort of knew, and Bs in both Business Studies and Economics. He doesn't think he wants to go on to further education, but wants to take a year off. We've told him he needs to work, not just bum around as we won't fund him beyond food and accommodation. He has a couple of very part-time jobs that just about cover his fuel and beer costs. |

Youngest has done well. No kids in our house after September.

That sounds like I am not happy for her, I am, just sad at the changing times around here.

That will be very strange, Joopsy. For us I suspect that once the youngest goes the eldest will have come back home.

Brilliant news all round. So glad everyone has got what they needed so far. LittleD did extremely well and I'm very proud. She has one place through clearing and is on hold to what will be her first choice. She decided she didn't want either of her original picks. PHEW

It will @Diogenes . Since the first one left in 2017 we have fluctuated between having 1-3 at home at any point. We are currently down to 2 and soon to be 0.
