Not going to make it under 4:00 (I didn’t do the training I said I would - again!) but hoping to do something close-ish to 4 without killing myself. We will see!

Regardless, I’ve had an absolutely fabulous couple of days in Prague already so the marathon has been a great success anyway just in terms of giving me an excuse to come here 😀

(Seriously it is the most beautiful city I’ve ever been too, the hotel I am in is gorgeous, and so on and so forth)

Missed out on another sub 4 at Leeds marathon yesterday. It was a tough course and a hot day and I ended up jeffing for a while (which I've never done before and was surprised how effective it was). Finished with 4:07, but placed around 292 of 2942 women (which I think shows that everyone was struggling with it!). Feeling pretty spry today too!
