Oof. Scraped in a sub 4 today at Manchester - 3.58.55! I was aiming for 3.45 and I don't know what went wrong - pacing was bang on for the first 13 miles and then I just...couldn't. Ah well. Well done hgreav! Sub-4 is the goal, after all! |

Very well done hgreav 💐 🥳 I enjoyed your blog Oscar. One of my club mates ran Newport. He loved it too but suffered cramp in the last few miles and went from 3.16 expected finish to 3.29. He wanted 3.20 for a GFA so gutted. |

Was meant to have a 17 mile training run this week, so entered Edinburgh to North Berwick 20 miles instead. 2 hours 50 minutes. Really toiled with gut problems though, I never get that. Ach well, onward and upwards. |
