Cheers troops. Briefly ran with Steve Edwards at the start, he was running his 970th marathon. Kept him in sight for 20 miles & he was the only person I could see. Basically I ran for 25 miles by myself. Some nice scenery. |

The pressure was on me today. I met John Cassidy from the YHRF a few weeks ago & quipped I’d never been over 4😝 Used that as motivation. |
