Thanks folks - just driven back home to Wiltshire and my legs aren’t loving me! Super pleased to not blow up. Feel like I’m finally ready to take on the marathon distance. Massive shame for you Chris! Are new plans forming already? |

Nice one Miser, just had a quick look at your training log entry and you nailed that marathon. I reckon I (and others on this thread) could learn a lot from your pacing approach and description of how you felt in each portion of the race.

Great running Miser. I also just had a peak at your log. I see from you annual mileage that you was running decent volumes back in 2010-2014 but then looks like you stopped (unless it wasnt tracked here) Whats the story? You have got into great shape, very quickly if the monthly mileage is showing true here.
