It’s a toss up between unsafe breadbin and depeche_mould for the best username on sub 3 thread IMO. Great running whiteflash, super impressive. What did your training/stretching look like between the 2 runs? |

Thanks.@Brunski, I just did a short recovery run midweek. Immediately after Mancs, I did that thing where you lie on your back with legs up the wall. After 12 minutes it hurt so I stopped and then got in hot bath for about 45 mins. Then massage gun that night. Walked on Monday and massage gun again. That was about it. Legs feel a bit butchered now though! |

Very impressive, that reminds me I've been wanting to pick up a massage gun for a while, any recommendations (from anyone on this thread) - brand/model of possible. There's loads on amazon and most similarly rated but prefer to pick on a recommendation.

Bruno - I have this one amazon.co.uk . Cant compare to others as never used anything else. This does the job (I think - who knows if it really makes a difference but its nice!!) Battery is good, power is goo. I have had for about 3 years now and paid £90 from memory! Would say its a bargain at that price.
