Decided to go out with same pace structure as Mancs. Had timing issues with Garmin and water ingress for mile manual timing. Felt hard after mile 14 and required real focus. Crowds were unreal, probably loudest and biggest crowds at London. Felt sick from mile 23 but locked on to a pace and forced it home. Managed a 17 sec improvement! Very unexpected and delighted. London buses and all that. Got pretty hammered last night!
