Great stuff, Gene - well sub-30
My last parkruns have been 34:10, 35:35, 32:38, 31:09. Which suggests that I should go sub-30 next time. I don't think it will be quite that straightforward (all different events: the 3rd and 4th were considerably easier courses).

Sub 30 will surely be yours Dvorak. My recent parkruns where I have been pushing it: 31:51, 30:29, 29:19.

I’ve gone backwards a bit so currently between 33 and 34 minutes when pushing the pace. I’d be happy to get to 32.30 for a 5k and then build on that.

I've also managed to go considerably backwards, not coincidentally I think having started a physical job where I was on my feet all day. An ankle niggle and very low amount of running also (sometimes only parkrun weekly).
And then work dried up and I ran faster again. And now work has restarted so ...
