ah we are different over in Northern Ireland, we just have the N.I championships. Your schools shouldnt be that far away. They are in a few weeks over here and they normally are at the same time as the all meet for the UK schools |

Oh right intresting, you cant be far off gaining a NI vest then can you looking at those times? I hope our school enters thing is our manager who was top class retired last year after years and years he ran free training sessions every other day was amazing. No wonder Ridgeway won the nationals a few times lol! We are not as good as we were but still scare all the other south west schools whenever we emerge through the gates lol. Normally where I get my pbs as all the girls from the school are watching lol |

Ahh higher standard than I thought out there lol. Nice would love to run along with a top athlete! Just looked at wiltshire records for 800m under 17 - 2:03 fgs lol and Jm - 1:56 Andy Fulford ex ridgeway pupil. Dont you just hate having to fill massive shoes? |

First 800m of the season done on Saturday in...........2.02.1! A bit disappointed to not go under 2 mins but pleased with how I felt and feel its there, 1st lap slower than I wanted, completed first in 61 sec, was boxed in lying in 7th place (lack of experience definately showed) but felt pretty strong and put foot down at around 550m and finished last 200m very strongly to finish 2nd overall, a new pb by 2 sec. |
