I was supposed to go to a radley open meeting the other day but missed the deadline
They race only odd distances too lol 150, 600, 1200

600's and 1200's are good distances to race as training for a big 800 or 1500m race.

Thanks Alan.
600 as training was the plan but too much risk for little reward due to ankle injury which is now a niggle.
The 1500m is first unfortunately as I would like to race 800m and use the 1500m as more of a speed training session.

I take it they are straigh finals and no heats.
Totally agree about the 800 first being better. you need to be that bit quicker and able to react to any movement if you properly in a race, then in the 1500 you would have been able to use tactics and your endurance to get you through it.
