Could anyone help me with pacing. Not sure what time to aim for in my 3000m race on Wednesday.
If I can my 1500m which i did on tired legs the day after a 5km pb i would have ran 72secs for each 400m for a 4.30.
What sort of pace should I be able to run. Worked out that steady pacing at: 75 would be 9.22.50 77 would be 9.37.50 78 would be 9.45.00 79 would be 9.52.50

Alan,
Why haven't you purchased a GARMIN training watch yet? Some who is serious about improving as you seem to be should have would of those devices for improving. No excuse....get one
