Terrible night. Worst I’ve had in ages. Took ages to get to sleep, woke just after midnight and took a while to drift off again, been awake since 4:30. I think I have a migraine incoming too.

I am sorry to hear of the sleeping troubles.

Last night for me was a very good night. Went to bed early as tired from repeated broken nights sleep. Fell asleep before half nine and didn’t woken until the 06;45 alarm. I would have slept longer if I didn’t have work. What a difference it makes to the way you feel. If only I could sleep like that every night.

better for me - foam earplugs found that actually block out the sound of snoring seem to have helped get back to sleep when I wake up.

I seem to be on a good run right now with 3 nights in a row of not waking up and if fact I think it is actually 4 of the last 5 nights.

I am not sure why there has been this change as I arguably have as much going through my mind if not more. I have also had a mix of alcohol/alcohol free nights.

I did have a panic yesterday, I woke to look at the alarm and it was darkness. I suspected a power cut and got up to check and conform it was ,however it was also just 10 mins before the alarm was due to go off anyway so no harm done. Sadly the power came back on 10 mins later as I was thinking I could have stayed in bed as I couldnt work with no power !

It is amazing what a difference it makes when you wake up having had a full nights sleep and I hope this continues

I hope so too, Baz. I was OK last night. In fact, I don't think I even moved.
