A broken nights sleep sadly for me, but I did eventually get back to sleep and by virtue of being on holiday today , there was no alarm and the combination of the 2 sleeps was actually quite good.

3 nights of zopiclone this week, to help me cope with a visit to see my dad. Last night was night one without it and it can be a tricky transition, but I slept quite well til 4.30am. Just one anxiety dream that woke me early on. Got up at 4.30am and have been doing useful admin and sorting out.

Another really bad night with the old tinnitus. I may have to take a leaf out of Katie’s book soon & reach for the zopiclone.
I hope everyone has a nice weekend.

12bD: What sort of tinnitus do you have? And have you tried all the usual stuff? I had a bad episode of pulse tinnitus when we got news of Dad’s reoccurrence...CBT helped it massively. Another fetchie had just loaned me a pillow speaker that had helped her but I didn’t try it in the end.

I’ve got a pillow speaker and it helped me loads when my tinnitus was bad a few weeks ago.

Hope everybody gets a good night tonight, my nights have been ok recently I think losing a bit of weight has helped.

Sleeping like an extinct thing. I think the blackout blinds and curtains help a lot.
