Must be really hard, Linds. Everything crossed that this vaccine brings an end to some of this work worry.

Welcome, GG. Sorry you struggle too.

I am sorry to hear of these sleeping challenges

I was another awake at 4am and couldn’t get back to sleep. No real reason it’s just the way my body seems to Work.

I woke at 2am. Tried all my usual tricks but no use. Got up at 5am. Finally fell asleep at 7am. Awake again at 8.30am. Pretty pooped now.

Fourth bad night in a row - no rhyme, reason or pattern to it. NYD I blamed it on curry (salty, made me dehydrated) but since then it's just annoying: can't get to sleep then I wake in the early hours and can't drop off again for very long.

Sigh. Hopefully better tonight...at least with schools closed I do have the option of sleeping a bit later in the morning.

I've just done 3 nights in a row of Zopilclone, but will definitely not take it tonight and go for a couple of weeks without. It has given me some much needed rest and switch off time.

I was awake from 2 until about 5 this morning but managed to resist getting up for tea or picking up my phone, just lay there trying to think of nice things rather than worries.
I was then really glad youngest didn't need driving to college as I didn't need to get up and slept for a couple of hours once the snorer got up and went to work.

Ugh, I hate that 2-5am wake up thing....I don't massively like the 4am wake up but I can just about cope if I don't sleep again after 4am.
