Was about to blame Mrs WM but as I went to put the garage key in my back pocket, found the 'missing' shed key in there from the last time I was in the garden ..

WtnMel Mar 2021 12:19pm, 24 Mar 2021 2,102 posts	0 WtnMel [I'm sure a CBA app along the lines of McG's suggestion would be very popular - assuming people CBA to use it] Preparing things for our coffee break I had put the cups and saucers on the tray, got the ground coffee out of the fridge and was about to measure it out when I stopped myself and realised putting the coffee into a cafetiere might result in a nicer, less 'bitty' cup of coffee. To compound my senior moment behaviour, when we did decide it was coffee time, I switched the kettle on before realising I hadn't filled it - luckily, there was a small amount of water left in it so I wasn't trying to boil it dry.

This morning I went to charge my kindle and instead found myself trying to charge my coffee mug. It was my third coffee of the day as well, clearly not strong enough!

I was just drying my hair after a shower, I switched the hairdryer on and suddenly the bedroom was plunged into darkness, the hairdryer wasn't working either. Great, the electrics have just tripped out.

I find a torch, go to the fuse box but nothing has tripped - turns out I pressed the light switch instead of the hairdryer 'on' button.
