It's always fun putting glasses on when I have contacts already in my eyeballs, then wonder why things look weird! :P

I put mine in the wrong eyes once. Left is -6 and right is -8.5 so it was extremely disorienting until I worked out what I must have done.

Ah, I hate it when that happens...mine are 3.25 and 4.25 - not quite as bad as yours as my right eye has slowly improved. Still enough to make things a little weird! ;)

I seem to recall someone putting both lenses in the same eye, can't remember if that was something I saw here?

I've put two lenses in the same eye before now. And put my lenses in the wrong eyes, which is just a bit weird because the difference between them is small and I undercorrect both by different amounts to minimise the impact on my near vision while having adequate distance vision.

No lenses here but I have been known to try to apply eye makeup while wearing my glasses.

I just picked up the (dark green) colander to wash it, and the (dark green) lettuce we were supposed to have with last night's dinner fell out.

About This Thread

Maintained by ChrisHB
This morning I went to charge my kindle and instead found myself trying to charge my coffee mug. It was my third coffee of the day as well, clearly not strong enough!

=============

I was just drying my hair after a shower, I switched the hairdryer on and suddenly the bedroom was plunged into darkness, the hairdryer wasn't working either. Great, the electrics have just tripped out.

I find a torch, go to the fuse box but nothing has tripped - turns out I pressed the light switch instead of the hairdryer 'on' button.
