Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
I use Fetch training plan to record all my important events, for instance we have tickets for the Tina Turner story in a couple of weeks, apart from anything else it helps avoid double booking myself.

I do the same as you Mrs Jigs, as I always check my training plan.

My wife and I share Google Calendars which is brilliant if you don't mind Google knowing what you're meant to be doing as well as everything you've ever done. The gym even adds my booked classes to it for me.

We have a calendar on which we write important events. It is on August at the moment, as we forget to look at it.

I’d be lost without my (electronic) diary. I’d certainly not rely on my memory alone to make sure I went to an event I’d got tickets for!

Postie's just delivered a bundle of junk mail. It included a brown envelope saying that "the householder" could be entitled to claim a refund of £3,175. I thought, "I'd better not open that in case hackers get in and clean out my bank accounts."

I know from experience I'll never remember stuff for months ahead (like tickets for shows). So I write EVERYTHING down in my diary and sometimes double-up by adding reminders to my Outlook calendar on my laptop. Since Outlook is also on my phone and the two devices synchronise automatically, I assume I have all bases covered these days!

About This Thread

Maintained by ChrisHB
This morning I went to charge my kindle and instead found myself trying to charge my coffee mug. It was my third coffee of the day as well, clearly not strong enough!

=============

I was just drying my hair after a shower, I switched the hairdryer on and suddenly the bedroom was plunged into darkness, the hairdryer wasn't working either. Great, the electrics have just tripped out.

I find a torch, go to the fuse box but nothing has tripped - turns out I pressed the light switch instead of the hairdryer 'on' button.
