Muttley
So I took the Gymboss for a longer bimble along the coastal path. As Steve says, it lets you know when it's counted down and you can just restart it. A minor inconvenience at most.

The vibrate function seems strong when you hold it in your hand but I found that when clipped to a waistband it's barely noticeable. The beep is loud though.

I think it's earned its place in my galaxy of running tech.

I don’t have mine set to vibrate but the beep is loud enough even for my deaf ears. Well done though.

9 miles today. 60:30 to halfway then 30:30 on the way back. Really nice easy pace to start building the mileage ready for my ultra and marathon next year.

Glad that the gym boss has passed the test Muttley. You're right about the vibration function; we bought a wrist strap to go with ours a few years ago but have never used it. I'm guessing that being next to the wrist that the vibration would be more evident.... I'll try it one day but as LG says it's loud enough for most just with sound.
Doing really well there lin50 and setting up a great base.
Same as ratio as me Night -owl. I'm sure with cooler temperatures you're happier with your running! Me too.
I did 3.3 miles at 30/30 this morning after three days off with a slight foot problem.

Excellent XB.
Continued 30/30 over a four mile route was ok for me today but unfortunately no improvement on overall pace. Yet!
