I enjoy tempo and intervals. I also enjoy the long slow run. In fact I enjoy it all.

Decent threshold run done tonight. Realised I need to start extending the threshold/tempo part of the run next week. It’s starting to feel a bit easier so PJ sessions must be working 🤩

Your middle 2 miles are a superb pace, lin :)

I did a bit of a 5k amble, mostly jeffing, but the average pace came out as the suggested pace for my PJ threshold run, so I'm claiming it. I've still got my long run to do.

Did my intervals, 5 x .5 miles, so 804.672 meters rather than 800.

Only 3 weeks left for my Project Joker attempt but I’ll probably continue the 3 x weekly sessions because I like having the structure of set sessions. It’ll be interesting to see if my 5k time has improved.

It will be interesting to see how you get on lin.

I’m planning on getting my intervals session done tomorrow morning early. Hopefully the footpath I use will be quieter.
