Intervals for me. I repeated the 10 x 400m reps today and unlike last session the times were much more consistent and close to target.
Long run on Monday, but I’m not sure of my plans ongoing as I’m back at work on Tuesday now that shielding has finished. To fit these three sessions in is going to be tough.
I retire at the beginning of May so will be if I do miss sessions I’ll be able to get back on track then.

I didn't realise you should jog the breaks . I have always walked them 😳

I always walk them too GM, its a pace thing - if you're running the intervals at 7mm, you can jog the rests at 10mm.
If your intervals are our pace, then unless you can jog ~14 mm - which I can't, then you walk them.

I walk the β€œrests” too. I assumed that was what was meant by rest, other than sitting down with my pipe and slippers πŸ˜‚
