Today I ran in the rain and realised that I know so many people at Exmouth parkrun, it really is nice to have something to look forward to and people to chat about running, especially as I'm not getting out much these days.

I see Dundee parkrun had some potential confusion on the route has somebody had moved the cones- they think it was malicious. Sucky people everywhere today!

So sorry to read that HB. We had two of our core team and one regular volunteer all isolating this morning so our poor RD (only his second time of being RD) was frantically juggling the rota over the last couple of days. I had thought I was on car park marshal and then barcode scanning but it was only when the timekeepers could see the first finisher in the distance and realised nobody was on tokens that we assumed I'd probably been redeployed to tokens and hadn't clocked it. Luckily I got there and found tokens 1- 50 before the runners got to the funnel.
