It's an inevitable outcome of just running enough events to allow for the random outcomes to match an arbitrary set of criteria.

No skill involved.

I was trying to get #12 for position bingo this weekend, but was pipped at the line. I'm missing #1, #3 and #9 too. Also #37 (but I've finished 38th at 6 different parkruns).
