Crowvid-19 parkrun #3 will happen with a slightly amended course at the suggestion of the Tail Runner to avoid a road crossing  . (She is definitely a Tail runner not a Tail Walker)

actually did the original parkrun announcement not say a 2 week suspension and so we are back on this week !

I'm working tomorrow, which is a shame because I have plans to create a 5km route with more ascent than Whinlatter (which I believe is the current record holder unless anyone else knows different?).
